Merchant 1948 Manawa Bay Outlet in Auckland is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach the team, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s premium service.

You will manage stock, store presentation, reporting and staff development, delivering memorable customer experiences and a positive, high-performing store culture.

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Merchant 1948 Manawa Bay Outlet store. You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product – someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.

Here’s what’s on offer:

• Role: Store Manager
• Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
  • Wednesday: 9am - 5:30pm
  • Thursday: 9am - 6pm
  • Friday: 9:30am - 6pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am - 6pm
• Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
• Salary: $62,000 per annum + bonus potential!
