Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Plc in Hamilton is seeking a people-focused leader to head a Merchandiser team across the Central North Island. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll coach, develop and performance-manage a frontline team, while building strong internal and external partnerships.

The role involves weekly planning, rostering, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and compliance activities, with regular travel including Gisborne.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll lead from the front, spending time in trade coaching your team, building capability, and driving outstanding execution across the region. This role requires regular travel throughout the Central North Island, including occasional overnight travel and trips as far as Gisborne.

• Sunday to Thursday role
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Merchandisers, driving performance and safe work practices
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Manage workforce planning, rosters and resources to meet service and budget requirements
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, reporting and compliance activities
