The Warehouse Group is seeking a Merchandise Planner in Auckland. You will own the category's sales, inventory and profitability plans, turning strategy into forecasts and stock plans to maximise availability and margins.
You’ll analyze performance, shape seasonal plans and support promotional decisions across close partnerships. You will work with Buyers, Supply Chain and Finance to translate data into actionable planning and continuous improvements, contributing to a fast-paced retail
As a Merchandise Planner, you'll own the commercial and inventory performance of your categories, partnering closely with Buyers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strong customer and business outcomes.
You'll take category strategy and turn it into detailed forecasts, stock plans and trading actions that maximise sales, margin and availability.
No two weeks will look the same! One day you'll be analysing trade performance and identifying opportunities. The next you'll help shape seasonal plans, review promotional performance or adjust forecasts in response to changing customer demand.

You already have experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, forecasting or a similar commercial analytical role. You enjoy solving problems, finding opportunities in data and seeing the impact of your decisions on real business outcomes.
