Job summary

CINCT in Cambridge NZ is seeking an Intermediate BIM Modeller/Technician specializing in MEP building services. You will use Autodesk Revit to develop coordinated BIM models and produce documentation for Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic systems on complex projects.

You will identify coordination issues, flag missing information, and help resolve clashes before construction. A minimum of 2 years Revit experience is required, with Navisworks/Revizto/Dalux/ACC BIM 360 knowledge as a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience using Revit is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Revizto, Dalux or ACC/BIM 360 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Revit modeling and documentation for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic).
• Coordinate models and perform clash detection to resolve issues.
• Maintain model integrity and documentation standards.
• Identify constructability concerns early and raise clarifying questions.
