Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Hawke's Bay is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for Te Ara Manapou to lead the delivery of high-quality care across Addictions and Maternal Mental Health services in Hastings. This is a hands-on leadership role balancing clinical coordination with supporting complex care pathways and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Nursing Council of NZ or an Allied Health Regulatory Authority.
• At least five years clinical experience in mental health, ideally including community settings.
• Experience providing clinical leadership, coordination and support to other clinicians.
• A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity and bicultural practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
