Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in South Taranaki is seeking an inspirational Clinical Team Leader to manage our South Community Mental Health team within the Mental Health & Addiction Services.

You will provide clinical leadership, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and ensure evidence-based practice while enhancing service delivery for adults aged 18-64 facing mental health challenges. Collaboration with iwi, NGOs and primary stakeholders will be essential to holistic whai ora outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current APC and scope to work in mental health and addiction services.
• 5+ years experience in community based mental health and/or addiction services with high practice standards.
• Demonstrated motivational leadership to build a cohesive team and develop services.
• Ability to work under pressure, be a team player, and contribute to service delivery.
• Strong relationships with Iwi, NGO and primary stakeholders; whai ora/whanau focus.
