Qualifications

• Registered mental health & addictions health professional with NZ registration.
• Ability to maintain part-time clinical practice.

• Experience leading system-level change and strategic thinking.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance: oversee governance frameworks within commissioning cycles.
• Strategic Clinical Advice: translate evidence into actionable recommendations for commissioning teams.
• Service Design & Innovation: influence population-focused service models and patient pathways.
• Stakeholder Influence: build trusted relationships with providers, Iwi partners, and clinicians.
• Service Integration: lead or contribute to changes at the intersection of hospital and primary care.
