Surf Life Saving New Zealand (SLSNZ) is seeking a knowledgeable Member Education Administrator to support volunteers and clubs, handling member education processes and record keeping across the country.

You will work with the National Education Manager to ensure accurate qualification recognition, streamline admin workflows, and improve member experience within a compassionate, community-focused charity.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and databases.

Responsabilités

• Respond to education enquiries and provide clear guidance to members and clubs.
• Process course and examination results, qualifications and certificates; verify requirements and follow up gaps.
• Coordinate Recognition of Prior Learning applications and arrange required technical reviews.
• Maintain accurate qualification records and education data; prepare reports.
