MediaWorks Waikato in Hamilton offers a Content & Promotions Internship starting 18 January 2027. You’ll create engaging content for social media and rova, help deliver brand activations, and support campaigns across the region.

We’re seeking a curious, creative graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a communications/mediа background, a full NZ driver licence, and a can‑do attitude. You’ll collaborate with Content, Promotions and Sales teams, gain practical industry experience, and grow in a

Formación

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate in communications, media studies, broadcasting or related field.
• Hold a full, clean New Zealand driver licence and comfortable driving company vehicles.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and ideally basic Pro Tools or audio editing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Bring activations to life: support and deliver promotions, events and brand activations across MediaWorks brands, connecting with audiences and communities.
• Turn ideas into campaigns: brainstorms, develop creative promotional proposals and support campaign action plans and post-campaign analysis.
• Work with clients: develop ideas and promotional solutions that meet client needs and deliver great results.
• Make things happen: coordinate moving parts, keep projects organised and collaborate with Content, Promotions and Sales teams to deliver campaigns.
