Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in materials management, logistics, warehousing or supply chain coordination within major projects.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and material tracking.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers, subcontractors and transport providers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent organisational, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-wide materials management and logistics strategies.
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, handling and distribution of project materials.
• Establish and maintain accurate inventory management and material tracking systems.
• Monitor stock levels and material availability to align with construction schedules.
• Manage warehousing operations, storage facilities and material control processes.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, transport providers and site logistics activities.
• Work with procurement to track purchase orders, lead times and critical materials.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain, storage and logistics risks.
• Produce regular inventory, material status and forecasting reports.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure material flow.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security and HSE standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across material control and logistics.
