We're looking for a proactive Master Data & BI Analyst to join our IT team and help strengthen Barker's data quality, reporting capability, and business intelligence practices.
This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring trusted master data, meaningful insights, and effective reporting are available across the organization. You'll work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and R&D, helping turn data into better decisions and drive continuous improvement.

As a Master Data & BI Analyst, you'll take ownership of critical master data processes while supporting and enhancing business intelligence and reporting solutions across Barker's.
This is a role with visibility and impact across the business, where you'll balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term improvements to data quality, reporting, and business insight.
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
A tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience is equally valued.
