Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via Seek and LinkedIn, building a strong marketing temps book, registering candidates with phone screening and interviews, and placing top candidates with clients in collaboration with

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment or a similar internal talent role, ideally managing temps.
• Strong people skills and the confidence to pick up the phone to candidates and clients.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A social personality and enjoyment of working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through Seek, LinkedIn and other search platforms.
• Building and growing a book of specialist marketing temps.
• Following process to register candidates, including phone screening and interviewing.
• Placing candidates with clients and working closely with the Senior Consultant to ensure the best quality candidates are being placed.
