We're looking for a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a varied role where you'll develop and deliver marketing campaigns, create engaging content, manage social media and EDMs, and coordinate marketing projects.
A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or media arts
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, paid advertising, website traffic growth and customer engagement
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging across different brands, products and audiences
Confident creating engaging content and marketing assets, including EDMs, social media content, photography, video editing, banners, and other digital and print marketing collateral
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools
Experience using Shopify, including product management and content updates
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to measure and optimise campaign performance
Confidence adapting global brand strategies, guidelines, and creative assets for the NZ market
Experience coordinating photographers, videographers, content creators, ambassadors or other creative partners
Strong relationship-building skills with retailers, brand and event partners
Highly organised, efficient, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
An understanding of the mountain biking industry and cycling culture would be an advantage
