Qualifications

• Approximately 4–6 years of marketing experience.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
• Strong relationship skills and an organised, proactive approach.
• Experience planning and delivering email marketing, events and ambassador programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ambassador programme, building relationships and coordinating activities.
• Own HubSpot CRM, ensure data quality and timely follow-ups.
• Drive SEO and GEO activities to increase visibility.
• Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns with the team.
• Collaborate with GM Sales & Marketing on events and boat shows.
• Partner with Content Lead to brief and approve content.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities and translate insights into action.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our awesome team and help bring the Stabicraft brand to life. Ambassadors, socials, events and everything in between - boring isn't part of the brief!

In this newly created role, you'll take the lead on our Ambassador programme, own our CRM (HubSpot) and help lift our SEO/GEO game. You'll work alongside our Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator on email marketing, team up with our GM Sales & Marketing on events, and partner with our Digital Content Lead to plan, brief and approve content. Based in Invercargill or working remotely from Auckland, It's a hands-on role with loads of variety, great people to work with and plenty of room to make your mark.

Your marketing playground

• Lead our Ambassador programme, building genuine relationships, coordinating activity and helping our ambassadors represent Stabicraft at their best.
• Own HubSpot CRM, keeping our data useful, our processes humming and the right follow-ups happening.
• Drive our SEO and GEO activity so more people can find Stabicraft wherever they search.
• Plan and deliver email marketing alongside our Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator.
• Work with our GM Sales & Marketing to bring events and boat shows to life.
• Partner with our Digital Content Lead to plan, brief and approve content across our channels.
• Keep an eye on the numbers, spot opportunities and help turn insight into action.

The person behind the plan

You'll bring around 4-6 years' marketing experience, strong relationship skills and a practical, organised approach. You're comfortable taking ownership, collaborating across a team and turning good ideas into action. HubSpot experience would be a real win, and an interest in boating, fishing or the outdoors won't hurt either.
