Job summary

Petstock Group in Auckland is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns across New Zealand from our Ponsonby Support Office. You’ll work with diverse stakeholders, keep projects on track and help bring marketing ideas to life in a fast-paced retail environment.

With a Marketing qualification and 1-2 years in marketing or coordination, you’ll handle campaigns, email communications, visual merchandising support and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Marketing qualification or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, communications or coordination.
• Knowledge of retail marketing, visual merchandising and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels.
• Manage supplier-funded marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Coordinate NZ email campaigns and campaign communications.
• Support rollout of visual merchandising campaigns from brief through to in-store execution.
• Coordinate POS materials, promotional ticketing and campaign assets.
• Build strong relationships with retail teams and respond to marketing-related queries.
• Manage campaign administration, billing and reporting activities.
• Coordinate and support store local area marketing initiatives including grand openings and on-site activations.

What You’ll Be Bringing to Life

You will support the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns across New Zealand by:

• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels.
• Managing supplier-funded marketing initiatives and promotions.
