Job summary

Petstock is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Ponsonby Support Office in Auckland. You will coordinate and execute campaigns across retail and digital channels, and manage supplier-funded promotions.

You will also coordinate NZ email campaigns, assist with visual merchandising rollouts, and handle campaign assets, POS materials, and reporting. The role requires 1-2 years in marketing, strong organisational and communication skills, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in marketing or coordination.
• Knowledge of retail marketing and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels.
• Managing supplier-funded marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Coordinating NZ email campaigns and campaign communications.
• Supporting the rollout of visual merchandising campaigns from brief through to in-store execution.
• Coordinating POS materials, promotional ticketing and campaign assets.
• Building strong relationships with retail teams and responding to marketing-related queries.
• Managing campaign administration, billing and reporting activities.
• Coordinate and support store local area marketing initiatives including grand openings and on-site activations
