The role

Our Marketing Acquisition teams are focused on helping customers discover, consider and choose Air New Zealand. • Build experimentation into marketing activity and use data and performance signals to optimise and inform investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Revenue Management, Brand, Sales, Loyalty, Digital Commerce and Customer Lifecycle Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to shared Marketing Acquisition frameworks, standards, playbooks and best practice. Share expertise and learn from others as we build broader capability across the chapter.
  • Advocate for and drive innovation aligned to Air New Zealand’s broader Marketing Transformation journey.
What you’ll bring

You don’t need to be an expert in every marketing discipline. We’re looking for people with strong depth in relevant areas and the curiosity and adaptability to broaden their capability over time.

  • Demonstrated ability to turn customer and commercial insight into effective, integrated marketing activity.
  • Strong understanding of customer audiences, propositions, and channel roles.
