RealNZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Marine Asset team at the Bluff Maintenance Facility. You will own vessel maintenance and improvement projects, coordinating people, resources and contractors to deliver work safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Based in Bluff with travel, you will work closely with the Marine Maintenance team and stakeholders to manage budgets, timelines and continuous improvement, ensuring our vessels are ready for adventure.

Formación

• Proven project management experience.
• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance planning.
• Experience using Enterprise Asset Management systems (Maximo).
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with contractors and internal teams.
• Solutions-focused approach with commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• Experience in marine maintenance or heavy industrial environments is advantageous; ~5 years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own vessel maintenance and improvement projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate people, resources and contractors to deliver work safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Manage budgets and timelines across multiple sites with travel as needed.
• Partner with the Marine Maintenance team and stakeholders to drive safety and improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance asset performance.
