RealNZ is seeking an experienced Marine Engineer to join our Marine Asset team in Bluff. You’ll work on a diverse fleet, addressing day-to-day engineering challenges and major upgrades while improving performance, reliability and sustainability.

You’ll collaborate with contractors and internal teams to plan projects, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to asset management improvements. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a full driver’s licence are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) required.
• Experience with engineering consultants and contractors in construction, maintenance or project environments.
• Strong project management, planning and organisational skills.
• Sound financial understanding, including budgeting, cost management and reporting.
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across different teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine commitment to safety.
• A full driver’s licence.
