Job summary

PepsiCo seeks an experienced Frontline Manager for the Night Shift (11pm–7:30am) in Wiri, Auckland. You will create a safe, engaged, high‑performing culture while driving safety, quality, productivity and cost targets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will coach and develop frontline teams, optimise labour, and lead continuous improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering and Quality to deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' leadership experience within a food manufacturing or production environment.
• A proven track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, high‑pressure operational settings.
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and building engaged, high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering and Quality.
• A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and continuous improvement principles.

Due to an internal movement, we have an opportunity for an experienced Frontline Manager to join our Potatoes/Multipack/Robots team on Night Shift (11pm - 7.30am) in Wiri, Auckland.
