This is a rare opportunity to shape a significant new civic and community destination from the ground up. Working alongside mana whenua, community partners and your team, you will help define the culture, identity and future impact of Te Hono for generations to come.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity. The library is open seven days a week.
Key to this role will be your extensive management and leadership experience. You’ll possess strong engagement skills to support our established communities in the area. You will bring both strategic vision and operational excellence, with the capability to translate ideas into services, experiences and outcomes that respond to mana whenua and community aspirations.

Salary: $122,783 - $144,450 depending on experience
