Enviro NZ seeks a Manager Project and Portfolio Delivery to create a seamless delivery environment in a tech-enabled organisation focused on outstanding customer outcomes.

This role champions transparency and effective communication, driving delivery capabilities and frameworks free from bureaucracy in a fast-paced, enterprise technology setting.

You will steward the AI Use case Portfolio, travel within regions as needed, and contribute to a safe, customer-centric service journey.

• A strong project delivery experience within an enterprise technology environment.
• A great sense of humour with high EQ.
• The ability to develop and implement delivery capability and frameworks that fit withtheEnviro NZ environment and are free of bureaucracy.
• This delivery model needs to be able to operate in an innovative and fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the want and capability to bring people on the journey.
