Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an experiencedand influential leader to support a significant cross-agency initiative focusedon 'supporting the Government response to Recommendation 88 of the RoyalCommission into Abuse in Care'.
This opportunity will bring together government agencies,health services, education providers, social services, community organisationsand local leaders to support the deliveryof integrated services that improve wellbeing and strengthen outcomes forwhānau and communities.
Hosted by Health New Zealand, this role works closely withthe Regional Public Service Commissioner, regional agency leads, serviceproviders, iwi, NGO's and community partners and stakeholders to supportdelivery of a shared programme of work and integrated outcomes across multipleagencies.
About the Role
As Manager, Integrated Delivery, you will provide leadershipand coordination across multiple organisations, ensuring partners workeffectively together to deliver agreed shared outcomes.
You will facilitate collaboration, align service deliveryefforts, identify and address barriers, and ensure support is tailored to theneeds of the community.
Success in this role will require requires excellent relationshipmanagement skills, strong strategic thinking, sound judgement, and the ability to influence across multipleorganisations without direct authority.
Please note that this role is Fixed Term until the 30th June 2027.
