We are seeking an experienced leader for our newly merged multimodal business, bringing together bus and rail operations to create a more connected and efficient network. This new role plays a critical part in shaping how we manage our fleet assets, commercial partnerships and strategic initiatives across the business. This is a fixed term full-time role for 6 months.
Working closely with the Senior leadership team and Managing Director, the General Manager develops long-term asset strategies, leads major contract negotiations, manages client relationships, oversees procurement activities and ensures engineering, maintenance and fleet management functions support safe and efficient operations.
We are looking for an experienced executive leader who can combine commercial acumen with asset management expertise. You will be comfortable leading complex stakeholder relationships while driving operational performance across multiple functions.
