This role is critical for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of all industrial machinery and equipment across the facility. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, strong leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to predictive and preventive maintenance strategies. This position offers a vital role in maintaining operational uptime and efficiency for a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance department, including mechanical and electrical technicians.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on production machinery.
• Oversee the repair of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of issues.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including parts inventory, labor costs, and external service contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.

Requirements
