Clutha Views Lifecare and Village in Balclutha is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to keep our home safe, clean and comfortable for residents. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, supervise repairs, maintain gardens, liaise with contractors and support health and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and reliable, with hands-on maintenance skills and a team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, painting, plumbing and minor carpentry.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventative maintenance and manage repairs.
• Maintain gardens and grounds and liaise with contractors.
• Support health and safety compliance and work with the Care Home Manager.
