Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Auckland is seeking an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer to join the team and help run the high-speed packaging line. You will learn from experienced mechanical engineers and hands-on with production team to keep equipment running.

Your Impact

You will be trained by experienced mechanical engineers and working alongside the Production team. You will be responsible for protecting Coca-Cola’s assets by completing maintenance tasks to a high spacttandard which ensures the plant runs efficiently. You will be encouraged to maintain a working knowledge of machinery, equipment and grow your technical knowledge so that you will pass all regulatory exams, you will be encouraged to focus on continuous improvement of plant processes and assisting in the improvement of product quality.

*This is a fixed-term role for 4 years*

About you

Firstly, you'll need to have NCEA Level 2 & 3. Ideally, you'll have a post-secondary school tertiary qualification or pre-trade training, but this isn't a must! You'll have mechanical aptitude, as well as strong process knowledge - and on top of this, you'll be constantly working to contribute to the success of the wider team.

Own your learning – Take responsibility for your training and development.

Stay motivated – Follow up on what you learn and put it into practice.

Stay on track – Complete and sign off all competencies in a timely manner.
