Vitaco is seeking a Machine Operator Packing for the day shift (6:00am to 2:30pm) in our packing/manufacturing area in Whangarei, NZ. Experience operating high-speed machinery and setting/improving production lines is desirable, especially in GMP environments such as nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals or food.

You will read SOPs, follow instructions, and work safely in a regulated factory. We value problem solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, with development

Job description

Machine Operator Packing – [Day Shift 6:00am to 2:30pm]

The opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi

This role is working in our packing/manufacturing area. Previous experience in operating high-speed machinery is desirable. You will preferably also have experience in setting and improving lines. Experience in pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals/food & Sport nutrition manufacturing or similar industries would be ideal, as would a good understanding of GMP environments.

• Are physically fit and capable of safely performing manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 25kg on a reasonably frequent basis
• Can be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
