Vitaco Group in Whangārei, NZ, is seeking a Machine Operator Packing for the Afternoon Shift (2:00pm to 10:30pm) to operate high-speed packing lines within a GMP environment. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and the ability to work safely on the line.

You will handle manual tasks, read SOPs, adhere to quality standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets.

Machine Operator Packing – Afternoon Shift 2:00pm to 10:30pm

The opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi

This role is working in our packing/manufacturing area. Previous experience in operating high-speed machinery is desirable. You will preferably also have experience in setting and improving lines. Experience in pharmaceuticals/nutraceuticals/food & Sport nutrition manufacturing or similar industries would be ideal, as would a good understanding of GMP environments.

• Have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve
• Are physically fit and capable of safely performing manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 25kg on a reasonably frequent basis
• Can be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines

• Respect Health & Safety in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
