Job summary

Ryan Recruitment is seeking a production-focused worker for a plastics manufacturer in Canterbury. You will prepare moulds for production, trim excess plastic, and inspect finished products to ensure quality before distribution.

Work is Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with onsite parking. The role offers full training, supportive management, and weekly pay with 8% holiday pay accrued.

Qualifications

• Be physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting of 25kg+.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Have reliable transport to get to work.
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Be reliable with a strong work ethic.

About the Role

Our client is seeking someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive team. You’ll play an important role in preparing, finishing, and quality-checking products to ensure they are ready for distribution and meet customer expectations.
