Job summary

Trade Assist is seeking a dedicated Factory Hand for an immediate start in Cromwell. You will perform production tasks in a busy factory, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety guidelines to support efficient operations.

The role requires a physically fit individual capable of repetitive lifting, with a willingness to work flexible hours and collaborate with a team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting (15–25 kg).
• Flexible to work extra hours when required.
• Able to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Full Class 1 NZ driver's license and own transport are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery or perform general production tasks in a factory setting.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to uphold safety and efficiency.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures.

The Role:

• Day shift available | $28.95 + depending on experience | Weekly pay
• Perform duties as assigned in a factory setting, which may include operating machinery or general production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures to uphold company standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
