Job summary

Eichardt’s Private Hotel in Queenstown is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant (Public Area) to help maintain our intimate luxury experience. You will ensure pristine public areas and guest spaces, and support a small, dedicated team to deliver five-star presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or NZ Level 4 qualification.
• Genuine passion for guest experience and service delivery.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a small team.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
• Work within one of New Zealand’s most recognised luxury hospitality brands.

Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent exemplary standards of cleanliness and presentation for all guest rooms and public areas
• Reporting maintenance issues and liaising with Management, Maintenance and Guest Services Teams to ensure all guests experience 5-star standards
• Completion of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists and safety schedules
