Job summary

First Gas Limited in Auckland is seeking a physically capable team member to fill and move LPG cylinders and assist with loading and unloading them onto trucks. The role requires a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

The recruitment process includes a medical check, drug and alcohol testing, and a criminal record check, with training for a Dangerous Goods endorsement available.

It’s a pretty physical job as you’ll be filling and moving LPG cylinders and helping to load and unload them on to trucks as required. We’re big on health and safety here at Rockgas, so you’ll need to do all this while maintaining a safe work environment and being an awesome team member.

To be successful in this job you’ll need to have:

• A very good level of physical fitness in order to move LPG cylinders; previous experience in a manual handling job would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team

• Be willing to undergo training for a Dangerous Goods endorsement
