Loyalty Insights & Customer Analytics Manager
As Loyalty Insights & Customer Analytics Manager, you are a strategic and customer-driven leader who ensures Foodstuffs deeply understands the needs and behaviours of Club+ customers: how they shop, how they engage across channels, and the value they gain from the programme's benefits. Leveraging deep analysis of first party customer data, this role will lead and influence the optimisation of customer propositions, experiences and journeys across the Club+ customer lifecycle.
