  • Flexible working options, a day off on your birthday and long service leave.
  • In-house learning and development programmes, flu vaccinations and social network groups (we call them Tribes).

You’ll be a naturally curious and proactive problem‑solver who enjoys working with data and turning complex information into clear business insights. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll combine strong technical capability with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills.

To be successful, you’ll bring:

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
  • Strong hands‑on Python experience for reporting, automation and data analysis. This is essential.
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience working across multiple datasets and ensuring data quality.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
