Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking an experienced Loyalty Insights & Customer Analytics Manager to drive deep understanding of Club+ customers, shaping propositions, experiences, and journeys across the lifecycle. You will lead analysis of first-party data to optimise customer propositions and engagement.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, CX, Product and Data teams to deliver data-driven insights and impact across channels and customer segments.

As Loyalty Insights & Customer Analytics Manager, you are a strategic and customer-driven leader who ensures Foodstuffs deeply understands the needs and behaviours of Club+ customers: how they shop, how they engage across channels, and the value they gain from the programme’s benefits. Leveraging deep analysis of first party customer data, this role will lead and influence the optimisation of customer propositions, experiences and journeys across the Club+ customer lifecycle.
