Job summary

• Demonstrated experience in General Liability claims.
• Proven success leading and coaching diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Claims Specialists and Senior Claims Specialists.
• Provide technical leadership across General Liability claims.
• Manage claim escalations with the National Claims Manager and service providers.
• Drive compliant, high-quality claim outcomes with strong technical knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to reduce claim costs and leakage.
• Build relationships with clients and providers to enhance service.
