Job summary

ColorCote, part of the Fletcher Building Group, is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in packing, warehousing, and logistics operations. You will drive performance, uphold health and safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Reporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, you will influence KPIs, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery, while fostering a diverse, collaborative environment and strong customer service

Qualifications

• Leading teams in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Demonstrated health and safety leadership experience.
• Forklift experience; F Endorsement preferred.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• CI mindset; ability to solve problems and drive results.
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and packing operations and drive team performance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across the operation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and KPI achievement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure on-time, in-full customer orders.
• Provide hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

About the role

Reporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, you will lead daily logistics and packing operations, drive team performance, ensure health and safety compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business. You'll play a key role in achieving operational KPIs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full. This is a hands on leadership role

What you'll bring

Proven experience leading teams within a logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.

Strong health and safety leadership experience.

• You will have previous forklift experience – F Endorsement preferred

Excellent communication and people management skills.

A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to solve problems and drive results.

Strong computer skills and experience managing operational performance.
