Alliance Group Limited in Christchurch seeks a proactive logistics and continuous improvement professional to enhance how our outbound logistics operates. You will translate data into action, develop KPI reporting, and collaborate across Logistics, Finance, and service providers to drive operational excellence.
You will lead improvement initiatives from concept to implementation, manage master data and freight configuration, validate costs, and reduce manual work while supporting multiple teams

You'll play a critical role in improving how our outbound logistics function operates . You'll use data, insights, and collaboration to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and ensure our logistics systems and processes support operational excellence.
You'll be naturally curious, analytical, and motivated by finding better ways of working. You enjoy working across multiple teams, translating data into action, and delivering meaningful business improvements.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline would be advantageous.
