Job summary

Selwyn Council's libraries are seeking a Learning and Programme Coordinator to support the delivery of lifelong learning across our library and service centre network in Rolleston.

You will collaborate with presenters, build capacity, and use data and systems to support engaging community programmes, while contributing to Te Tiriti o Waitangi commitments.

This full-time, permanent role offers regular hours, diverse community work, and opportunities for growth in ACLL.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years' experience in the GLAM sector and/or learning sector.
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring individuals and groups.
• High level of digital literacy with confidence in digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of lifelong learning programmes across the library and service centre network.
• Collaborate with presenters and experts to deliver high-quality programmes.
• Build capacity within teams to sustain engaging community experiences.
