Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking a Learning Advisor to coordinate the Global Audit Curriculum across multiple offices and learners from graduates to partners. You’ll manage logistics, administer our learning systems, and prepare compliance reporting to support leaders in meeting learning requirements.

You’ll work closely with Assurance Learning, Methodology, and People & Culture teams, plus our Manila centre, handling data-driven reporting and continuous improvements in learning processes.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years experience in coordination, administration, programme support, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills managing multiple programmes and deadlines.
• Confidence working with data and Excel for reporting and insights.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Cornerstone OnDemand or similar systems helpful but not essential.
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work well with offshore or distributed teams.
• High attention to detail across records, reporting and compliance follow-up.
• Proactive approach with ability to spot what needs doing.
• Interest in data-led evaluation of learning impact, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborative mindset and a strong sense of shared accountability.
• Nice to have: exposure to instructional design or eLearning tools such as Articulate Rise.
• CA qualification or audit background is not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating end-to-end logistics for the Global Audit Curriculum, including scheduling, registrations, venues, catering, travel, and instructor coordination.
• Administering Cornerstone and Growth Centre, keeping learning assignments, attendance, and course records accurate and up to date.
• Building and maintaining compliance reporting on learning completions and overdue requirements using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Monitoring completion data and following up with learners, coaches, and team leaders ahead of key deadlines.
• Acting as a first point of contact for learning queries, including assignments, extensions, exemptions, and general support.
• Partnering with our Acceleration Centre in Manila and the wider PwC network to coordinate learning activity and resolve operational matters.
• Turning learning data into clear reporting and insights for Assurance Learning, Methodology, and practice stakeholders.
• Supporting continuous improvement of learning systems, processes, and documentation.
• Helping build eLearning modules in Articulate Rise or similar tools, where this aligns with your interest and capability.
