Job summary

Accessable in New Zealand is seeking a Training, Learning & Quality Manager to champion learning, competence, quality and continuous improvement across the organisation. The role blends L&D leadership with hands-on LMS ownership and quality systems.

You’ll drive ISO certification, internal audits and process standardisation, building practical training pathways and a culture of accountability to improve outcomes for the people we support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning and quality initiatives across an organisation.
• Proven ability to design practical, engaging training solutions.
• Hands-on LMS content creation and management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development strategy and identify organisation-wide training needs.
• Own the LMS and Learning Hub; manage content and training pathways.
• Lead Quality Management System; drive ISO certification, audits, and CAPAs.
• Champion quality and continuous improvement across the business.
• Partner with leaders to align capability development with business objectives.
