Job summary

Lincoln University in Lincoln, New Zealand, is seeking a Multimedia Content Creator to bring learning, teaching and research to life through high-quality digital media, including video, photography, podcasts, graphics and animation.

You will work within the Learning, Teaching and Library team, collaborating with academic staff and the Video and Multimedia Specialist to plan, film, edit and deliver engaging digital media that enhances the student learning experience.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of multimedia content creation experience.
  • Experience creating and editing video and multimedia content across formats.
  • Strong video production, filming and editing skills with production equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Create videos, photography, podcasts, graphics and animations.
  • Support productions on campus and off-site, including filming and QC.
  • Coordinate production schedules for multiple projects.
  • Maintain organised multimedia records and CMS.
  • Stay up to date with digital media tech and best practice.
  • Promote effective use of multimedia in education.
