Job summary

Office of the Ombudsman in Wellington invites you to join our Learning and Capability team as a Learning Designer. You will lead the design and development of learner-centric, innovative, future-focused learning programmes for internal and external audiences.

Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will create engaging experiences delivered through eLearning, face-to-face workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training, using tools like Articulate 360 and Totara LMS.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating inclusive adult learning programmes.
• Proven knowledge of adult learning frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom, 70-20-10, Kirkpatrick).
• Proficiency with rapid design tools and technologies such as Articulate 360, Chameleon Creator, Adobe CC, Powtoon, Totara LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of learner-centric, innovative, future-focused learning programmes for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate closely with internal colleagues and subject matter experts to deliver engaging learning experiences across multiple formats (eLearning, workshops, webinars, on-the-job training).
