Job summary

IHC is seeking a Learning Delivery Specialist to help build a capable, future-ready workforce across the Central North Island. You will deliver engaging learning experiences, support onboarding, and enable staff to grow with safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Travel across the central North Island is expected, and you will coordinate delivery across competing priorities while building strong relationships with teams.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating workplace learning or capability development programmes.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning, onboarding and capability programmes.
• Coach learners to build confidence and apply new skills at work.
• Adapt facilitation approach for diverse learners and settings.
• Use feedback and outcomes to continually improve learning experiences.
