This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong experience in slipform kerbing, concrete works and kerb machine operation, who can confidently lead a small team and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Operate slipform kerb machinery and related equipment
Lead and coordinate a small kerbing crew on site
Set up and prepare work areas for kerbing operations
Complete kerbing and concrete works to project specifications
Monitor quality, levels and finishing of completed kerb work
Read and follow plans, measurements and site requirements
Carry out basic machinery checks and maintenance
Ensure site health and safety requirements are followed
Communicate with supervisors and the wider site team
Assist with general civil duties when required
Proven experience in slipform kerbing and kerb machine operation
Previous experience leading or supervising a civil crew
Strong knowledge of civil construction and concrete works
Confident operating machinery in a busy site environment
Good leadership and communication skills
Reliable, practical and willing to work hands-on
Class 1 licence preferred
Class 2 licence or relevant machinery tickets are an advantage
