Higgins is seeking an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to lead traffic management across Christchurch projects. You will mentor crews, implement TTMPs, and ensure compliance with safety standards while keeping traffic flowing smoothly on civil works sites.

You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and authorities, promoting a strong health and safety culture and delivering projects to a high standard. This permanent role offers a steady 40-hour week.

Qualifikationen

• STMS qualification with Category A and B practising.
• Full New Zealand driver license.
• Proven experience in traffic management.
• Experience mentoring and supervising crews.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support Traffic Controllers and crews.
• Implement and monitor TTMPs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and traffic requirements.
• Monitor traffic flows and adjust site operations.
• Inspect sites for safe and efficient management.
• Manage documentation and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff.
• Promote health and safety culture across sites.
• Assist with planning and coordination of activities.
