Job summary

Higgins Wellington is seeking a Site Traffic Management Supervisor to lead and support a team of traffic controllers at our Wellington sites. You will ensure compliance with regulations, supervise crews, and maintain safe traffic flow around worksites.

Qualifications

• STMS qualification with Category A, B and C practsing.
• Full clean New Zealand Driver's License; minimum Class 1, Class 2 desirable.

• Experience mentoring and supervising crews
• Proven experience in the traffic industry
• High level of physical fitness
• Reliable, honest and flexible

Responsibilities

The traffic division at Higgins Wellington are looking for an STMS to join the team. This is an exciting time to join the business with a strong pipeline of work.

As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of traffic around our construction sites. You will lead and support a team of traffic controllers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. This is a key role where your expertise will contribute to the smooth running of our projects and the safety of all road users.

What you'll bring to the role:
