Job summary

HEB Construction is seeking a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) for Christchurch & North Canterbury. The role focuses on delivering safe temporary traffic management across local road projects, with day and night shift options.

You will coordinate TTM measures, mentor site staff, and ensure documentation and safety standards are met on site. Career development and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• STMS qualification (A/B/C) is essential.
• Full Class 2 Licence is essential.
• Experience and knowledge of Rural and Urban roads in the region.
• Ability to mentor, coach and train on site staff.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and removing site traffic management
• Completing all required documentation prior to and post project
• Directing incoming deliveries to site while ensuring safety of workers and the public
• Overseeing establishment, maintenance and removal of TTM measures
