Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of architectural new builds, renovations and additions.
• Proven ability to price, estimate and manage project costs accurately.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strategic approach.
• Practical knowledge of NZ residential construction methods and contracts.
• Experience using BuilderTrend is advantageous for project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project pricing, ensuring accurate estimates and cost control throughout the build process.
• Collaborate with foremen to develop and manage project timelines, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve technical issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality, safety and compliance standards, protecting our reputation.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects and site teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and client specifications.
• Lead teams with a focus on collaboration, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
